Progressive Caribbean Poker
Objective
The objective of Progressive Caribbean Poker is to beat the dealer's hand. In addition to this there is an optional Jackpot-bet, which will qualify you for a Jackpot with a certain hand.
Private-/Multiplayer-Tables
Before the game begins you can chose between the Private and Multiplayer Table. In Progressive Caribbean Poker for multiple players, players can chat to each other during the game. Even if you are not playing yourself, you can watch the other players playing.
Rules
Progressive Caribbean Poker is played with a deck of 52 cards. In order to participate, you must first place a starting bet. In addition to this you can place a Jackpot-bet. You will then be dealt a hand with five cards. Your cards will be face up, but the other players' cards will be dealt face down. The dealer also receives five cards, of those four will be dealt face down and one face up. In Progressive Caribbean Poker the player and the dealer compare their five card hands. No further cards are dealt.
Once you have looked at your cards and the dealer's faced up card, you decide whether you want to bet against the dealer's hand or give up. If you would like to challenge the dealer, you must place a bet by clicking on BET. The bet is always double the starting bet (ANTE). If you do not want to bet against the dealer's hand, click on "GIVE UP". You then lose your starting bet. Once you have placed your bet, the dealer's remaining four cards will be turned over and your hand will be compared with the dealer's.
In Progressive Caribbean Poker the dealer's hand must contain at least one Ace and a King, in order to qualify. If the dealer's hand does not qualify, you get 1 to 1 on your starting bet. Your bet will be returned to you without a payout.
If the dealer's hand qualifies with a value of at least one Ace and a King, the highest hand wins. If you win, you receive 1 to 1 on your starting bet plus the winnings on your bet, which is calculated using the payout table.
If the player and the dealer have a poker hand with the same value, both the starting bet and the bet are returned to the player.
How To Play
Click on the chip you would like to bet using the left mouse button. Place the chip in the area for starting bet (ANTE) on the table. If you would like to participate in the progressive Jackpot, you can place another chip in the Jackpot area above the ANTE area. You can take back the placed chip before the game starts by clicking on the chip with the right mouse button. Once you have placed your chip, click on READY to begin the round. Click on SAME BET, to place the same bet again.
Payout Table
The dealer must qualify and you must beat the dealer.
